Well, what can I say... They are Pros, we are not.

If u get a chance, try to play with the girl, Hu junxia. I believe she trains at Orange County, too.

Age does not apply too much in badminton.

Last year, a coach from my club, team up with a 12 yr old boy (his student, NY state #5 in his group) play against me and my partner. 4 of us worn out each other at the end, however, the way that little boy played really impressed me a lot. Both him and me against each other at the net, this little kid gives me so much trouble of running (rolling???) around.

Well, he's been trained for 7 years, and I almost never got a coach. Ppl joked about this match as "pro vs. playground style". :D

Any one from CA knows this girl "Hu, Junxia"??? I think she just came from China to US for 1-2 yrs. Now, she consistantly kept her ranking within the top 3 (or 2) within the states. I heard (from a chinese newspaper interview) that she's training in Orange County. Her story kinda really impressed me a lot.

If get a chance, really want to personally meet with this amazing girl.

Thanks for posting the results Kwun.

Saw the new national rankings come out this morning. I had assumed they would include results from the US Open in the calculations, but I guess I was wrong. Did anybody get to watch Budiyani Setiawan play? Any comments?
