Hariawan is Ex-Djarum player...before working for TH, he was assistant to Pratama ( or so called back up player)in PBSI..
Hariawan is related to Mulyono..I believe that Mulyono married his sister...both are chinese indonesians...

Beside working with TH, He trains Andre Lopez, Chechs, some Malaysian players recently...
He did coach Canada at one point.....
