sRAW2 and downsized. I was quite happy with the performance today but didn't get a lot of time on the courts. I was on manual. The shutter should have been on 1/400 but I think it got switched and I didn't notice.

Overall the feel is better than my 30D.

hi guys, im new here. i'm also a photographer, though here in the philippines, we're allowed to shoot without flash. its kinda hard though. gotta max out the cameras and lenses (currently using 450d and 40d with 70-200mm 2.8L [non-IS] and sigma 24-70mm 2.8 EX DG).

..maybe they only allow certain authorized people to take pics (for contractual agreement issue).:confused:

Forgot to say... Tago's netplay was really good today! Completely dominated Tanongsak who seemed to mentally give up in the 2nd set there :mad:.

The MD match between KKK/TBH was really exciting... KKK really loves to shout really loud.

Alsothere was one controversy in the India MD vs INA game. Where there was a dubious call and India completely collapsed after that.

Has Tago's backhand improved? I have only seen him play in the JO 08 against SDK, but his backhand seemed really weak, and he had to swing quite hard at shots unlike most players who just use their wrists.

Tell you something funny that happened to me this year. There was an issue with the tournament doctor. I happened to overhear the conversation and volunteered to help out as the tournament doctor for bit of the time. Lucky I was around and lucky that nobody needed a doctor. Phew!

This is the practice court in the basement of the HKO stadium where all the players get warm up. I realized "Triple" is a popular game among many national teams. eg. India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand etc...

I really think the cameraman on s/f day afternoon has a stomach problem - he kept burping every 5 mins or even more frequently. He should have heartburn! It was rather distressing for me to sit next to him and hear that.:(
And among all your camera equipment you didn't have an endoscope? ;)
(or at least a tablet of omeprazole?)

In that photo, in fact my right eye was peeking the viewfielder, and I always keep left eye open at the same time.
