Calling people who are interested in coaching me. I live in San Leandro, CA. I'm a devoted badminton player seeking vast improvement and is willing to do anything possible. I really want to improve, but not one is willing to teach me. REMEMBER, I'm willing to do ANYTHING. There is no task that I can't do. Help me...I'm doing this because my partner and I lost a match at my school and I'm down to JV. Damn it, I don't want to be on JV. I want to play hard and my best.
Join a club... I mean a legit club, not a social one.

There are no clubs in my area. Well...at least not that I know of. I would go to the Cal Berkeley one, but it's too expensive.
go to www.usabadminton.org and look.

Tony,
Try to contact the South San Francisco Parks and Recreation and ask for info on the Junior badminton program. The coach Dick Ng has been a junior coach for the past 20 years. He has produced more than 30 athletes that were choosen to represent the USA in major tournaments and national tourneys. So if you are willing to learn. DIck Ng is the man to contact.
