Howdy all.

My club plays in the South Manchester (Sale, Stretford, Altrincham) on Tuesday evenings.

We don't play at county league level, but just below.

We are currently looking for members to join our club and perhaps play at a competitive level.

i'm based at Gorton just opposite Belle Vue stadium. my normal venues are Sugden and Trinity around the city centre (Manchester, that is).

Malaysian Chinese. Undergrad. Not-so-bad player. wont mind joining u guys for a game or two.

Well, all current members are >18 (it's impolite to ask the age of a lady;) ), but we do have a reduced rate for under 18s. Visitor fees are currently £4/night.

All our members are adults. However with the end of the league season approaching a few of our members sometimes bring their teenage children along.

We play throughout the summer and visitors are welcome. No pressure for men to join - we're looking for women at the moment to balance the club.
And our league has just made the switch to feathers, so there'll be some experimentation this summer as we figure out which are the best shuttles we can afford to use!

We play in the South Manchester Badminton League (http://smbl.no-ip.org)

Anybody can come down for a game, but they need to contact our visitors rep. first. PM me for contact details.

Our club currently has 25 men/16 women so we're looking for women members at the moment. That doesn't mean that we would turn away any man who would make a good member - we don't recruit on ability alone.
