Most of the Badminton venue in Melbourne are closed between mid Dec. to mid Jan.
Anybody know of a Badminton venue that is available in January 2003?

Really? As far as I know most venues are opening pretty soon after the new year.

Albert Park (MSAC) and Donvale are both open after the 3rd of Jan, not sure about the others.

G'day,

MSAC returns to normal opening hours after New Years. But Albert Park, Wesley and as far as I know, RMIT, doesn't resume social nights till the week of 13th of January.

Summers Comp resumes I think 20th.

Both MSAC and Hawthorn CYC are open for private court hire everyday but new years day.

Are you hanging out for a game are you Kim? I am! :D

Thanks for the information.

It was my mistake to assume that the venue is not available when the clubs are not running social session. It it certainly true for Springer Leisure Center as they are closed for maintenance over Christmas/New Year.

Anyway, managed to have a game yesterday at Kilsyth (my first time there). Had a good workout (trying to get rid of the extra kilos accumulated over Xmas :D ).

I think most of the club they are still running during the X'mas time :)

My current club is closing in 1-2 weeks and is opening again mid January.
