Hmmm, according to the reviews here, it is a rather balanced racquet that comes in 2U and 3U flavours and rather flexible regardless of the listing stiff.
I think it is a rather control/manuverable racquet than it is for power - you can read down the reviews and you'll see what I mean as it isn't head heavy and not really stiff.

I wouldn't buy it because of the price due to demand and at leesbadminton the MP99 is only 40 bucks more. It'd be definitely worth it to save up for an MP99 or something along those lines.

I think it depends on ones preference. If you're just looking for power, definitely not the best but I've played with it twice and prefer it over the Ti-10 and MP77. It definitely gave me better control and the smash is still decent enough. Although some sites say its head light or even balanced, I felt it was a little bit head heavy. Maybe I'm wrong but thats my 2 cents.

Although the Ti7 light is a little different from the one i'm using...i have the silver one while the new one is in dark blue. In my opinion, it's still a little head heavy, even when i tried my friend's Ti10, but when u talk about control, i'd say that Ti7 is pretty good...or it's just because my skill is not up to the point to use the full potential of Ti10. Right now i have the 2U, G4 setting, i had to put an overgrip cuz the grip was small...after playing with that for 2 yrs, i still find it sometimes head heavy, especially when i'm playing doubles. Now i have another overgrip over the existing one, which makes the head feel lighter. I had my racket stringed with BG65 at 22 lbs...and it still going strong.

I haf a Ti10 and a Ti7 light. Actually i find Ti10 as a trainer racket... although u need to get used to it, but once u r used to it and u switch to a lighter racket, u can feel how fast u can swing the racket. I can onli say, in my opinion, Ti7 light is onli a all doubles racket.
