Altona Open?

Anyone of you Melbourne folks playing in the Altona Open? It's a graded tournament, starting at Open (duh), not sure how many grades it has, but from the last time I watched they made a serious effort to correct really bad grading unlike some tournaments.

I've been talked into playing however being me will naturally try to get out of it ;)

I've entered for doubles and mixed and Forcas's friend is here in Oz and ready to collect tornament trophy for singles, doubles and possibly mixed! I think she's a Open Grade quality player. Shall see! :)

I think I've gotten out of playing which is good, found the guy another partner. However I may go to watch if I don't have anything else to do.

Why people ask me to play doubles is a constant wonder to me, I really stink at doubles :P Also given my current fitness, singles would just be embarassing after about the first set of the first round when I have zero energy left ;)

PS I think Lenny is playing (I didn't see her, someone else told me) so it could be good to watch if Forcas' friend is that level.
