hello all
just got a Yonex 2003 cataogue from Yonex UK this morning..
this year the range has changed a lot.....
MP100 and MP55 is no longer available in it...
MP99 is the main racket,
then MP77
NEW RANGE!!! => MP-33,MP-27, MP-24, MP-22
The new range is really target on inter. player, the price is not expensive and it is not the best spec.,
so this year they target on general user, player, who cannot affort nearly £100 per racket of MP99
Iso Mega Frame: Iso 63MF light, 53MF
and a few new shoes available in UK soon
SHB-89M, SHB-89L , SHB55Hs and 55LT
Anyone fancy a catalogue, pleasego to www.centralsports.co.uk, and ask them to send you the YONEX 2003 Catalogue... UK only
thanks

Since you don't mention it, does that mean that the MP88 is also out of the lineup already ?
Cheers,

In Canada/USA the range for Mp is: 100,99,88,77,33, 27, 24, 22. Iso is all mid to low grade. Cab 23 and Cab 20MS which is a muscle frame.

 what happened to 55?
I guess Yonex wants to separate the higher "quality" MP rackets from the lower "quality" rackets without a racket that straddles the fence so hence the demise of the 55. The 77 and above have ultimum and the 33 and below do not have ultimum and maybe cheaper grade carbon graphite.
Anyone wants to buy a hardly used blue-black MP55 with BG68TI:D? Naaaa :D. I will keep in as part of my collection.

sorry MP88 is still available in UK, but because ti is too light 4U version. so it is not the best seller
3U version, even that, it is not that popular....
anyway, I don't know, maybe you can still buy the remaining stock of MP100. I am not sure if yonex UK carry on importing it...
thanks

haha. yes i seen the price on this particular website fer mp 33 , mp 22. mp 22 is $65 , mp 33 is $ 85 but mp 100 is $200. so that's the price comparison , it's almost 2 or 3 tym cheaper. im gonna upload the picture of both racket. i haf to say the color is not that nice! i would prefer mp 100 or mp 99 color scheme.

Yeah, I noticed that the only racquets with the SHOCKLESS GROMMET feature are low-end Yonex racquets. (Carbonex 6000 I think was one)
