Hello to all

I'd like to know if you guys like your strings to be strung at a lower tension and softer sound when on impact or a higher tension, but with a louder sound when hitting. What do you guys prefer? Though I know that with a higher tension the power of the shuttle will not be that great, but you do scare some opponents when playing or distracted them.

I dont think loud sounds will scare opponents, but give yourself a mental boost, that's all

I'm not sure why but the high-pitched sound "PING" is more scary than lower-pitched "BOOM"

Just get thin strings and you'll hear a huge kaboom. I only had my 66's at 21lbs for plastic and it made a huge sound every time.

I got kabooms with thicker strings... though I only use thicker strings at low tensions (for durability)

When I use lower tensions, the sound is more like 'boof' than 'boom'.
