Hi,

I'm looking for a badminton coach or a course that will be offered
in Vancouver/Burnaby/Richmond/Coquitlam....

Does anyone have good recommendations?
I'm 22, and is a beginniner at this game because my technique before
was wrong...

Vancouver Parks & Recreation do have badminton lessons (e.g. Dunbar Community College has lessons for beginners. Coach is Daryl Yung).

Richmond Parks & Recreation also has badminton lessons (e.g. Cambie Community Centre. Coach is Peter Lau).

S&S Coquitlam Pinetree sunday 5:30pm-9:30pm(i think)
However, they kinda tend to put you in the beginner group, even if you should belong to the internediate/advanced group

Vancouver Rackets Club have group lessons. downside is that it's only for juniors. (18 under)

Daryl Yung is no longer coaching at Dunbar on Tuesday night.

I was at the Dunbar course with Darryl a couple of months ago...
too bad he's not coaching those group sessions...I thought he was, since it was listed on the registration website....

can't really afford private lessons....

Darryl still coaches but just not at Dunbar on Tue. night. There is someone else who took his place, he looked skilled.

you always share with someone and each take a half hour lesson. I have done that and it works pretty well.

Trout Lake has badminton group lesson. Price is reasonable and being coach by Richard, badminton professional coach.
