Actually when i join here, i was hoping to find a gf. I am 15 and hopeing to find a girl between 12-15. cos my schoolgirls are not in favour of badminton but likes to go watch movie. So i hope to find girls that play badminton. Ok, juz now are my hopeless words. My real idea is to ask why they dun put a mixed single as it will be a challenge to the girls and a shy to the guys if they lose. Ppl likie Gong zhichao and camila Martin can play well. How do u all think ?? Should they made a mixed single ?? It is unfair for the girls if u can't play with the guys ?? Shall i suggest it to the IBF ???

Mixed singles? DOn't you mean mixed doubles? They do have mixed doubles....... Oh i see what your getting at, i think its all a social thing. I don't want to be branded sexist so i'll just say, men and women are at different levels and are capable of different things. The capabilties in badminton vary and therefore is unfair to mix them together.......

If u can't find gf in school, couldn't u ask ur female friends to help u????? Besides, if u do find someone online who does fit ur ideals, she may not be a living in singapore.

I find that there are very few women badminton players, both internationally, and locally in my area.
Oh well.. as long as the younger generation of you kids keeps playing, that's all that matters to me.

I tried getting a lot of my girlfriends (blondes :o ) to play, but they just can't pick it up, because they don't like the fact your trapped in the gym... so I just join them outside with other sports if they care to play that is. :)
Actually we go out to the gyms to work out more than anything. :) gotta love working out with the ladies... hehehe... get to show off me mini-muscles. haha

Yeah man..computers studies and badminton come first. I've heard stories from people not making college when they get with someone. I believe that you should finish all that you need to finish first before seeing someone. It's cool to have someone by your side, but you gotta do WHAT YOU gotta do first. You guys are right. I do not have time to come here as often as I liked to. I came to this interesting topic and found my name in it. I'd like to repeat what Adel said: focus on your studies. I keep telling everyday the same thing to my sons (I have 3). About my ***, I have already mentioned in my posts before that I played mixed doubles, I like to play singles and doubles too. In singles game I play alone, in doubles my partner is a man and in mixed doubles my partner is (was) a lady, that famous Chinese national B team lady I mentioned in previous post. I hope I made clear my *** here. ;-))
