OK as some of you may know, i have been on the hunt for a new racquet and i have chosen a few but cant decide on which one to accually purchase. My choices are: Cab10 tour, Cab9 tour, ISO 500 or a Hiqua clone of the ISO 800.
plz help me choose one! I am more of an aggressive player so a powerful racquet is a factor.

If I were you, I would avoid those clones coz they can't seem to produce the performance as the real thing. If you ask me which one, I go for the Ti-10 for power and control. To my opinion, the Ti-10 is one of the most powerful rackets when comes to smashing. I have tried other rackets but they cannot produce the power that I like. Note: to maximize Ti10 power, one needs to have powerful arm.

maybe seek out a ti-10 clone, some other brand should have the ti-10 cloned by now.

Yeah, either that or buy mine.
lol
If not, someone else will eventually.
Good luck.

I still think a carbonex racquet would suit you fine.

Ya, I think carbonex is fine or try Iso500.

Yes, the Ti-10 is expensive and though there are clones e.g. Winex Ti-10, Ashaway Ti-100, at almost half the price. But I don't think they can perform well. It would be a waste of money. If you can, save up to get one. At least you can but the Ti-10 arm for now and wait for the body later. But before making the decision, first of all you have to decide whether you like playing with an oval headshape or isometric because they are two totally different kind of species.

Shaun, you might want to think about a Cab 22 or Cab 23. Although they are a bit more expensive than the other racquets on your list, I have seen both of them advertised for between CN $131 and $146. Both of these racquets should be easy to adapt to from your Airblade 900, as they have approximately the same length and head shape, and should be fairly comparable (probably heavier though) to the AB 900.

Which racquet in the Hi-Qua line is the Iso 800 clone? I have looked at Hi-Qua's website several times and they quote all of their racquets as having a balance point of between 275mm and 285mm. Given that most head heavy racquets have a balance point between 300mm and 310mm, and that the Iso 800 is definitely a head heavy racquet, I did not see any racquets on their site that seemed to match up with the 800.

the HQ800 is SUPPOSEDLY a clone of it.....nm about that now...cab 23 i can get for like 135...but.....thats 135! "] I can get cab10 tour for like 90 and it has a muscle power frame too just like the 23. and whats the diff b/w ISO and oval? i havent had much experience with ISO

I've mostly played with and tried out traditional oval frames, but the several iso racquets I've tried seemed a bit differently balanced and had a slightly different feel (I can't really articulate exactly how they felt different, thought). It wasn't like the difference between a badminton and squash racquet, but it seemed enough that it could effect play in an important match, if you had to switch racquets mid-game.

what is the website that has the Cab 23 for CN $135? Is it the same one that has the old model Iso 500? I think I visited it a month ago, but can't remember the address.
