If you are in other places liek Hong Kong or something and can get them, please inform me also.
SChan 05-03-2003, 12:21 AM why don't you just wait a little while and order it online...
forrestyung 05-07-2003, 10:43 PM My supplier told me that the sp version would arrive HK on July.
I have tried the JP version from my friend. Heavy head, very good!!
swijaya0101 05-07-2003, 11:31 PM The SP version is out ... I will get the stuff by end of the month.
mtakako 05-07-2003, 11:48 PM I am looking for the armortec 700 or the 500 3U version. Need it soon, anyone can help?
TI-SP-SS dude 05-08-2003, 12:02 AM by the end of this month? that's pretty long.
Baddie 05-08-2003, 12:18 AM My supplier in Japan sells it for around 15,400 - 15,700 yen. I will check if they will ship it overseas for you. But how will you pay them? I dont think they have online selling service. I usually just visit their store whenever I go to Japan. They are located in Shibuya, Tokyo.
mtakako 05-08-2003, 12:23 AM Was thinking of paypal.. the quickest and fastest way. Btw, what is that in CDN?
TI-SP-SS dude 05-08-2003, 12:33 AM WOW! very cheap! 128 USD! tell me about it when you hear more ASAP!
Baddie 05-08-2003, 12:41 AM The guy in the store sent me a fax quote 2 days ago. Unfortunately I heard that Armortec 700 is kinda head heavy (as a replacement of Ti10 I presume) so I cannot use it. I'll fax him back and ask him re your interest. I can also PM you his fax no. if you want.
I think Armortec 700 is a bit cheaper than the MP90 (which I am using). The color scheme is almost like the Ti10 too. I was watching the Japan Open yesterday and i think the Denmark players were using that racket (or is it the Ti10). Hard to tell. Saw the mixed doubles finals match where China won. The Chinese were using MP90/99s.
TI-SP-SS dude 05-08-2003, 09:26 AM ok try and see if you can get one that's 3u G4

But consider tax (not sure) and shipping (definitely won't be too cheap), it won't be anywhere close to $128 USD anymore. Maybe $150+???
Plus, for a such expensive racket, oversea product generally does not have warranty. Therefore, it will be a shame if it's damaged during shipping or collapse just after a short period of time (defect item).

some countries dont have to pay tax coz they have FTA agreement ... I think Japan with US is having the FTA agreement also.
that's why you have to buy insurance for damages.
have you ever used your warranty with your racquet?
bigredlemon 05-08-2003, 11:55 AM FTA doesn't always mean no tax or duty for consumer import/export. We still have to pay taxes at the border when moving goods from US to Canada, often at 20% of the item's value, even though Canada and US has been ftree-trade partners for a long time.
swijaya0101 05-08-2003, 12:56 PM it depends on whether ecommerce is included as one of the point of the FTA between US and Canada.
cooler 05-08-2003, 01:50 PM BRL is correct, high chance of canadian buying goods from the US pays duties.
pakner 05-11-2003, 11:24 AM hey baddie can you PM me also the fax number and address in shibuya
