I have checked in the information of your Yonex Muscle Power 10 Light Shaft Serial:1607209; Cone Code:170684GR (date=17 Jun 2008) to my information list of Yonex rackets Developed by Yonex Japan (on the shaft) and Made in Taiwan (on the cap), its shaft serial and cone code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

According to my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan

For the cone code of 271182JP (date=27 Nov 2008), the valid shaft serial should be beyond 8080000.

For the shaft serial serial of 7395627, the cone code should be somthings like 24018xCC (date=24 Jan 2008).

IMHO the Yonex Arc Saber 10 shaft serial: 7395627 cone code : 271182JP is fake.
