Huh? Shouldn't it be me? Here's the post that germinated the B&W idea. So much for pointing out something useful!
The L30/35 maybe the head heaviest but it's certainly not the best attacking racket APACS has. The NP9900 is much better.
Lots of little pandas along the racket . Or , a black and white racket as said as above , but the shaft the colours of a fire So your racket is on fire , and you have your own special Pandas their . Or just a flame racket - your shots are "hot" ;-) Lol!
so this one is supposed to last 3 months instead of 3 weeks in your hands? waiting for your last review and i will post all of them.
That is awesome. Did you honestly do that whilst playing and didn't just snap it over your knee or something?
Although i prob bought most of my rackets from you, you my friend, are not allowed to borrow my rackets
Can u help describe - the different characteristics of L35/30 compared with NP9900 eg. stiffness, BP, performance during play.
How'd you break a racket in two places at the same time? Surely that's not possible. My thoughts on racket graphics: I always like it when things are all one color, but use a mixture of matt and high gloss finishes. Like you could paint most of the racket matt black, and then use glossy black or even the natural carbon fiber pattern for the design. With a fairly ornate pattern (like the MTec Tattoo has for example) I reckon it would look pretty sweet. Maybe all-white would be better for the IPod generation (or some other color)...
Racket graphics: You could try 'color changing coating material' like those on Mugs ( changes color when filled with hot water). So when the racket is subject to high / continuous 'pressure/ stress' eg. a hard-smash or any power strokes, coated graphics would 'Glow' red or bright orange/green. Can be a 'glow-up' fierce Panda/Dragon head or entire frame just 'glows-up'.
Good idea. That would look so awesome. I've no idea if that's possible though. I'd imagine that if Dink was playing with it, the racket would be glowing constantly.
I'm pretty sure it's not possible. Using a racket isn't going heat it up very much at all - certainly not compared to the difference in air temperatures between different venues (I'm pretty sure Malaysia or Singapore are going to be quite a bit warmer than England or Canada) . You could use regular pearlescent paint though - the kind that looks different colors from different angles. Heck, if you want something really gimmicky, why not make the frame *actually* glow (using a few LEDs and some fiber optics maybe). It could be powered by the swinging action, like kinetic watches or those torches you shake to recharge.
It'd weight loads wouldn't it? Pearlescent paint is pretty expensive as well isn't it? If money was no object though, I think it'd look quite nice. W00T! 1,000th post
Hey congrats Yeah, it'd weight heaps and would be a generally stupid idea. Pearlescent paint is just one of those things that has a huge markup because it's mainly associated with boy racers / car modding. Used as part of the manufacturing process, I think it would be pretty cheap. And think how many rackets you could paint using the amount you'd need for 1 car.
