How to get into badminton national team

    I live in Malaysia....16 yrs old, but i nv representing the state(negeri) to competiting the tournament in my country.Must i do that?

    I didn't quite understand your post , but I think you should have represented your state to enter the national tournaments.

    You need to represent your state to attend national tournaments. Then if you are good enough you may be selected into a national development squad. From there they pick the top players to compete for the national team.

    I think if you win a title in MSSM, you would be spotted :D But, why don't you ask your coach directly? I think your coach knows it better :)

    If your school participates in Inter-Schools competitions, play for your school team

    It's great that you have great ambition.

    In Malaysia, if your school participates in Inter-Schools competitions, play for your school team. If you perform well, you will be noticed. From there, you would be selected to join your state squad.

    After performing well at your state squad, you should be selected to join the national squad.

    i am a nice player.i want to to play nationals but i dont know how will i get selected.i once applied in open state level got to 2nd level and lose but that time i was a little kid.please help i want to play this game is my hope :D
