Blitzzards, do you really want such a head heavy racket? The specs you are looking for are quite extreme!

    preliminary T2 thoughts

I got a good few games in with the T2 tonight but, since I was chopping and changing between it and the SW35, this isn't yet a "review".

The one I used was 283 mm @ 85 g, strung at 27 with SOTX bootlace. The first question I should address is whether this is an improvement over the T1: yes, it is, in EVERY way possible. The frame is more stable, less torquey, and less prone to clanging on off-centre hits, but it's also somehow more aerodynamic. Hard hits give a really nice punch and a LOUD boom.

The shaft is more "helpful" than the T1's - I could feel it bend the slightest bit when I got behind and unloaded on a smash, but it really comes into its own when a lot of wrist action is employed. At one point during the session I was attacking-cleared to my high, deep BH corner, and on a whim I decided to try a cross smash instead of turning and playing a BH clear. I had no time nor room for much of a wind-up, so it was almost all wrist, but the shuttle exploded off the bed for a clean winner. I'll have to investigate this more on Friday:).

Defence is excellent (I chose my balance to get near an NS9900, after all), and I was far more inclined to drive or block, rather than lift, than I would be with most rackets. Control is also excellent, with the head's stability giving almost no errors with placement.

Aesthetically, the paint finish quality is WAY up over the T2v1, and I think the 900P red is much more purposeful than the old rhubarb colour. One omission I would like back is the silver pinstripes around the main stripes, but I'm not Dink, so it won't happen:p.

it's a Babolat Fuselite it is amazing for clears, drops cuts, netshots. But smashing feels akward sometimes, but when you get it, it is AMAZING for power.
It is really good, even it's defence is really good, and it is 97g BP300 !!

97g dry weight or with string and grip?

If it's dry weight, unstrung, ungripped, it's a relative beast.

It says 97g on the shaft and the racket came unstrung, so I presume dryweight, I have put a thin yonex supergrap on top of the original grip.
You might not like it Dink, it's medium flex, and vibrates more than my yonex and victors, but what do you want for a £30 racket.
Maybe you should get one and review it dink ? I think www.tenniszon.com carries them still.

    custom balance adjustment

Given the large number of people who have asked for balances right at the top of the target range (and the fact that I received a few rackets in the lower end of the range:eek:) am I now offering a customization service for moving the balance point wherever you want it.

Drawing on my dwindling A-Level Further Maths experience;), I have come up with a formula which, given the racket weight and starting BP, calculates how much lead tape to add at 12 o'clock to get the BP a set amount further up the racket. As an example, I can turn a 281/81 into a 290/83. The lead tape can be disguised with LD-style white tape, and I can put something underneath that will prevent any of that invincible residue that gets left behind when you take it off.

This being the case, if anyone receives my rapdily-diminishing spreadsheet of spec and sees nothing near their demands, you can have the BP moved for £1 per racket:D.

Yes, Panda is working on the third iteration of the prototype. It's been changed a bit:

+AT900T style frame with traditional string pattern
+40T shaft because it's tried and true

Hopefully the third time is the charm

Already tried this with the Ultra Woven and it came out great the first time...hint...hint...hint ;).

The prototype is somewhere in Canda right now.
