I have this injury before too, but not as serious as yours which need an injection. Maybe it could be a reference to others as well. 1) Is this the first time you get this injury? 2) What is the cause of the injury? Shoes, playing too relax or etc. 3) What type of doctor did you visit? 4) What injection is that? Pain killer? 5) What did the doctor say about your ankle? Thanks in advance.

What type of knee guard you want? Normal fabric, rubber, fabric with steel bar and etc. I personally used the Nike knee guard. Very good, long lasting and keep your knee warm (to prevent injury). Price when I bought it about 3 to 4 yrs ago, it is around RM50. Can get it in any Nike shop.

Are r sure Ah Lee has the Nike Patella band? I have been looking around everwhere for it. Most of the Nike store don't have the stock.
