    Glad to see that you are back Suetyan :) hope you are feeling better. Is there any TS webpage for this tournament ?

    Also any ideas what the numbers on the back of the tops signifies ? I have seen this before. But I don't know what it means.

    Both WS finalists are from Sanyo and Osaka.
    16-year old Okuhara Nozomi has done well yet again. Last month, she won the ANA Asia Youth 2010 U17 girls' singles and narrowly lost 12-21 21-10 19-21 to Sung Ji Hyun in the Korea Open GP 2010.

    thanks LD rules! No, there is no livescore for this tournament on TS. Hmm.. last time someone told me about the number on their back before, but I have forgotten. :D
    yes, I know. NHK is available on Astro. Haha..

    yes, Jun Takemura is playing in this tournament. He lost to Sonoda Keigo 21-16, 11-21, 19-21 in the quarter final. :) Why you suddenly ask about him? :D

    Okuhara bt Matsutomo in the early round. :D I guess Matsutomo plays too much doubles and forgot the tactics and strategies in singles. :D Just kidding, haha

    This is his name in Japanese: 竹村純. His name is the fifth one from the bottom on the right-hand side. 北海道 is Hokkaido, the northernmost of the four large islands of Japan. JR is the Japan Railways group.

    Looks like it. Sadly, the sport has yet to gain much popularity there.
    But the international events have got larger crowds.
