Is this shoe suitable for plantar fasciitis (AKA flat feet) + custom orthotics?

I just bought SHB-65T recently. JP version mean Japan spec and not made in Japan. If I not wrong all Yonex shoes are now from China.

Very comfortable ! This is my first most expensive badminton shoe ever.

Initailly wanted to buy victor 9000ACE but found it is too heavy so choosen 65FT. It give good proctection to my foots. Can perform better jumping, sudden forward and backward will be very responsive.

Before that, my foots will pain everytime after badminton games. Now the pain symptom is totally gone.

To all badminton fans, my advise: is worth to invest in a good shoe. You will no regret !

And the color is very shine! Becuase mine is Orange ! Haha.

yes, it's true. I read somewhere here in BC that a good pair of badminton shoes is more important than a good racket. IMHO, a good pair of socks is also very important.

as for colour, did u know SHB-65FT has a black and white version (ie, with little or no orange)?

in your case, better to use SHB-65FT than SHB-86EX. the soles of the two are very different.

Nearly every male Yonex player had the orange ones at the AE, and they really seared off the court - we could see them from ten rows back.

    Mark A,

Too bad no anti slip insole nor orange shoelace for SHB86EX. So far Taufik, Carsten Mogensen, Chris Adcock, Hashimoto-Noriyatsu wear the orange shoe.

When I went to look at the shoe at the All England the quality of the sole was poor compared to the SHB-65FT which were high quality.

Which one do you guys think more worth it? Buying 1 SP shoes each year, or 1 JP shoes for 2 years? The cost will roughly be the same.
