Got a few tubes of YOUHE S100, because I heard it is still natural cork. Here are a few pictures. One of the feather is Aeroplane Black recently purchased. I could not tell the difference just by looking at the feather or workmanship.

Played two lightly, so it's hard to tell the durability. Speed 77 is faster than Aeroplane speed 50.

good stuff. let us know how it plays.

Youhe is rumored to be the manufacturer of AS50.

I heard the rumor, but I don't think IT IS AS50. Flying pattern and feeling are not up to AS50. But overall, it looks very good. Need play more.

    i heard AS50 is S200. not S100.

    AS40 are AS50 "rejects", the not-so-perfect AS50 becomes AS40.

    so S100 probably AS30-ish grade.

i got some samples of s100 from badmintonian not too long ago...its just ok to me.
    nothing too special...
as50s are better imo. they last longer in general although it sometimes breaks in less than one game

I am not able to find anything about S200. So far I only see S100 as top grade, and then there are S101, 102 and so on.

used once for the s100, durability is ok for me but quite similar to as30. hitting feels is little bit lighter than other brand shuttlecock like RSL. but the problem is, as we are using mostly speed77 shuttlecock in malaysia, the s100 speed77 seems kind of faster than other like RSL or Victor speed77, thats the only problem for me.

which kinda make sense as Yonex shuttles are also leaning to the fast side. maybe Youhe's speed rating is off compare to other manufacturers.

Youhe definitely make shuttles for Yonex, but who knows which model. The S100 is a decent shuttle though, so at least AS30 quality. They do have that heavy feel, and are durable.

Played with the shuttlecock 2 days already. the first day it was little fast, need to control power for clear and easily hit the shuttle out. Today i did steam the shuttlecock before the match it was ok. shuttle can last 2 games if lucky up to three games. we all did try to smash alot in one game still last for 2 games and shuttle flight is consistent. In terms of feel after steaming to compare the shuttle itself almost the same feel with rcl black and silver with better flight consistency and durability.

If you are looking for quality shuttlecock for training, I think Youhe worth the price as compare to Aeroplane EG1130.

Can I know which shop you bought Youhe from and how much? I don't mind trying if it's durable. So far I think Apac 800 is pretty cheap for the price. It's comparable to RCL black and silver.
