Accordaz That's a really tough choice. For me it's TK6000, Mark will choose MXJJS and Elisha TK8000 probably. However, it's your decision...no pressure! Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
Hey Paul, I got a question Is it fine if i do your armchair exercises EVERYDAY? P.S. When will your review on the NRZSP and MX90 come out? Been waiting for it ....
Generally with any exercise a days rest inbetween is recommended. 2-3 times per week should be enough. MX90 review will be completed over the weekend and launched Monday/Tuesday. Z Speed review will be done when I've used the racket which will be tomorrow and Monday. I need to leave a week for players to read before launching the next review. I have around 4 Victor reviews to write and 1 Yonex in addition to the rackets already mentioned. Also, I'm going to launch something else on my website soon which I hope will be of interest to players. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
I would love to compare but i dont have both rackets at the same time. my memory isn't what it used to be as a result of reviewing too many rackets! Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
May I know how head heavy is the TK6000 as compare to z force? I love head heavy racket, even VT80 couldn't satisfy me Is there any other racket that is as head heavy as z force?
Lining N90 for sure, i held a TK6000 at shop for few swings, and i owned vt80 before. I dont think TK6000 is head heavier than vt80. Why dont u just get a vtzf if u want something really head heavy?
TK6000 is not as head heavy as a Z Force, but there again there's only a small percentage of players who can handle that kind of weight. It's probably a touch less than VT80. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
I thought it was on par with a VT60, myself. Weird one - the tape measure doesn't lie, but the TK600 doesn't seem to have its head weight concentrated at the nose; better distribution at the same balance.
In some respects it's more akin to AT900T which was a very special racket for many. I know there are players who want chapter and verse on technical specs but the bottom line is how the racket feels in your hand - not always easy. I prefer the less techy approach but fully appreciate the need for both. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
for you numbers junkies, my scale rounds to nearest gram all strung VT80 4UG4 308mm 42/93g 2x g08 ARCFB F G5 277mm 35/91g original grip + 2 g08 TK6K 4UG5 304mm 41/91g original grip TK6K 4UG5 290mm 41/97g original grip + 1 g08
Used the TK6000 for the first time today and was very impressed. It seemed to cut through the air very smoothly, although didnt't feel as quick around the net as I had hoped (kind of expected as much). I think it will take a little getting used to (MX60 is my racquet of choice these days), but I think and hope adapting won't be too hard.
That's fine. I'm thinking bazzaman forgot to mention he still had the handle wrap on.
