the real problem is they unable to smash harder, their smash very soft until the opponents can easily retrieve it...

WKW took so much time to smash and the result is mediocre.
VH smash so light and weak.
Why can't they just smash like Chen/Jia? They are 19-years old, for goodness sake.

They need to add some strength training for MD/WD players.
All of them are so weak and fragile. Their smash is average and not good enough.

dun think Cheah Soon Kit can coach the MD department alone, he need some assistants from maybe Lee Wan Wah, Chew Choon Eng or Yap Kim Hock...

Chan/Cheah with another 15-11 lead in third set, only to become 15-all.

Really a shame. They could have won the match but they just made a lot of mistakes.
Same as Iskandar, leading 17-15 in the decider, only to lose.

Well, at least Ong/Teo did assure a silver medal in MD, winning 21-12, 21-15 over THA pair.
Make no mistake, they are lucky to avoid INA pair in their draw.

Ina pair is usually Malaysia MD kryptonite, usually lost badly even against 3rd & 4th rank Ina pair. So having avoided them is a good fortune. Also good fortune for Teo Ee Yi & Ong Yew Sin, thai pair today really out of sort. Maybe Bodin lost earlier got to him.

Tough luck for Chan Peng Soon, almost made it all Malaysian final.

Bodin made many silly mistakes in XD and MD.

MAS XD pair is just inconsistent.

Thailand made the right decision sending only Intanon to Glasgow and let others compete in SEA Games. They have a chance to get the most gold in Badminton tomorrow.

INA only has Jonatan in the final. What a bad result for us. The worst in the last 10 years probably. Thank God Ahmad/Natsir won in Glasgow.

I'm afraid that THA ended up with only 1 gold.

Dechapol's double duty would be very exhausted since both matches will be on high tension & long duration. It will be more difficult for THA if THA failed in their first match (XD) tomorrow.

Fajar/Rian is pathetic. The way they played, i dont know whats their problem , everytime they have lead they always feel tense themselves for no reason. It was also like that against Kedren/Dech at IndonesiaOpen and many times like against LiLiu at MalaysiaOpen which i watched live at the stadium. All the lost todays are pathetic. All have the lead and squandered it for nothing. Better luck 2019.

Luckily, the MD got good result in WC - Ahsan/Rian would have blasted the field lol.
