You forget that WYH had played 3 one hr plus matches in the preceding rounds. When you are stiff and tired you are slow to start, especially against someone who is fresh andnfast in any case.

In the second game she could get into it more but she was still too slow for LXR. From watching it live i didnt think it was fixed.
Me too! Bt a good match to watch.

I am waiting for the lists from other BC members but I won't be available during tournaments when LD is not participating.

At one instance, they captured a camera shot at Wang Xin sitting there watching:

She must be thinking: Boy, this is gonna turn ugly in the next coming weeks..

A comprehensive victory by WYH. There more or less goes WSX's Olympic dream in smoke, don't have to wait until India Ss to know the answer.

Nahhh India Open, she won't win..Li Xuerui will take her place now...I wonder how is she going take this defeat...

She might wanna sabotage China's Uber Cup later :p but Li Yongbo is quite clever to say "well we will decide who gets to play after the Uber Cup" to keep the players from second guessing and play to their full abilities in the Uber Cup.

This defeat is a premonition to Wang Shixian's Olympic Dream.. It's over now for her Dragon Year. What is there to look forward to now..

Wang Yihan, Wang Xin and Li Xuerui

Who can Wang Shixian replace ? None!

The only chance she has left now is to wish for China to lose the Uber Cup and blame it on one of the players....that sounds unrealistic and retarded but that's her only option..

Even if she make amends in the Uber Cup...it will not make any difference..

What a big slap to her face after winning the Asian Games and hoping to perform London in 2 years time..now it's all shattered by one player, "Li Xuerui"

and Wang Yihan didn't do her part to help her "friend"

Wang Shixian must be hating Wang Yihan to the core...now..

in the mean time, Wang Xin was seen watching the game with a less enthusiastic expression..must be thinking it's gonna turn ugly in the run-up for the Olympics..oh dear..

will WSX winning or losing this ABC and India Open affect her ranking?

i think kwun or chris-ccc said it won't matter. Is that right?
