Meanwhile 2011 World Junior Champ Zulfadli Zulkiffli also retired...

I have never seen anyone retire 1 point from victory. I hope she's ok.

I hope Saina is doing fine... I am more than happy to see a lot of youngsters emerge in this tourney.

It is sad to hear that TH could not advance more as defending champion. This tourney is his best opportunity to bring a title home, his only title in 2012. Nonetheless, i am just hoping that he could raise his fist once more at INA Premier 2013 and put a full stop on his remarkable career with sweet victory in front of his home crowd.

Wow.. 15 year old Ruthvika made another upset of the day. She defeated the women singles winner of Tata open international challenge's P.C.Thulasi in 3 set encounter. Really great..

Ruthvika seems like a good player. Definitely a player to watch along with PV Sindhu.

Meanwhile, Pratul Joshi slayed Taufik Hidayat, the Sachin Tendulkar of badminton.

It seems like Kashyap is struggling in court now against vladimir malkov. Both of them took 1 set each and it is rubber now. 15 all

Match I'm looking forward to today definitely between 2 former WJC finalist :

    Shella/Anggia v Lee So Hee/Shin Sheung Chan

Korea pair improve a lot, lets see if Shella/Anggia can put a dent on them ;)
