    :mad:can some one tell me the proper strokes for a BH clear becauz i think my stroke have not been consistent..i dun noe the correct amount of strength needed to clear from base to base..do i have to use alot of strength when swinging?or do i jus have to snap my wrist with a certain amount of power?if only the wrist is needed, then must i have a wrist with strong muscles?

    The wrist is a joint.
    It has no muscles.
