Hi I have had this pain for about 1 -2 weeks now, i don't think it is tennis elbow. The pain is the point on the arm just after the shoulder muscle, so just after the curve of your shoulder , near the bicep .

I did try to play through it one or two times (love the game too much :p) but it just spreads down to my elbow and hurts even more. I think it was due to my twisting of the arm during my overhead shots . I will go and see a doctor in a week or 2 if it isn't any better, but has anyone any thoughts on how to treat this ?

I can still use my arm for everyday tasks btw.
