We, the staff of Quest for a Champion 03’, cordially invite your students to come and participate in our badminton tournament, Saturday and Sunday, March 1st and 2nd, benefiting The Special Olympics. This event is being held at Irvington High School in Fremont, California. This tournament began as a benchmark project at Irvington, entitled Q.u.e.s.t (Question Understanding Experience Service Testimony) the purpose of Q.u.e.s.t is to obtain experience through a consultant and then use that experience to benefit the community.

Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the festivities. There will be many sponsors present providing food such as Jamba Juice, Crispy Crust Pizza, also the tournament will have a mini snack bar. There will also be music and entertainment brought to you by Wild 94.9 and the California Wu Shu Academy, as well as information concerning the Special Olympics and donation/volunteer information.

This tournament was specifically designed for High School Varsity (Flight A) and Junior Varsity (Flight B) players, however everyone is welcomed to join.In which we provide a special discount of $2 off, for players that present a valid high school ID, also a $3 discount (per player) will be given for players with a group of 10-15 people, and for players with groups exceeding 15 players, will receive a 50% discount (per player). This tournament was designed to be in early March so that player’s can take advantage of competing against players from all over California in the NCS and the CCS leagues. This tournament will not affect a player’s eligibility in their respective league.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation, and we hope to see you at Quest for a Champion 03’
