Hi Tony my advice to you is to write in, wait a few days then call. Don't be too critical in yr email but a factual n balanced one. If you don't do it the shop keeper won't do it it instead will play waiting game hoping that you cannot wait anymore and buy another racquet from them.... Unscrupulous ....
Those shop owner one kind. When u buy racket, they say claim warranty no problem. But when u claim they expect u to wait 6 months. Broke my fb and waited for closed to 6 months fir warranty claim. When my racket back, shop expected me to string w them else will levy a surcharge. Lol.
