It used to be 3 on 1 ... now it's probably 1 on 1 ... I really don't know what's the true story there... but both CWF and Daren have shown tremendous improvements. It's either that or the Japanese have lost their magic... both Tago and Sasaki.

Sony Dwi Kuncoro vs Du Pengyu ... probably the match to watch. Starting in a bit after the Natsir/Tontowi game.

All 30 points of 11-19 scoreline were scored by means 'other' than smash/net/clear winner. How could that be?

I think Hendrawan stamina training is paying off. Hendrawan is a good coach for improving stamina of singles players but the result usually pay off not immediately. more than half a year to 1 year of such training then you can see the result.

Darren Liew and CWF have good skills but lack stamina in the past.

Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng coming on after the ladies... I'm definitely watching that one. It'll be a great indication of whether they've got their form back...

COME ON SONY!!! you can do it!!! it's been a while since I saw him beat a player ranked so much higher than him. Toppling Lin Dan was a great match... but that's a stale old story. Now go get the decider!!!!
