Drop in Badminton downtown Toronto (GTA)

    Details: It's free!!!, they supply recreation racquets and cheap feathers, highly recommand you bring your own equipment. 3 courts will be set up by staff. All ages are welcomed.

    There's other badminton times for 19+ people like on sunday from 3-5pm but that's $3 drop in or you can buy a membership.

    It isn't a club, just recreational players at a Toronto city parks and recreation center.

    Nice and empty so easy to practice alone with a friend or play a double games non stop.

    At first glance, I thought this thread was describing the declining popularity in downtown Toronto. (i.e. There's been a drop in badminton... ;) ) Glad to see that's far from the case.

    called this morning and they said there's no Badminton on Saturdays. Too bad, so sad.

    There is badminton on saturday, you just have to tell them to re read the schedual since they think it's only on sundays.

    Sunday is 3-5pm 19+ with 3 dollar drop in.

    Since most community centers take a break in September...
