i was appointed as one of the state assistance part time coach(not related to badminton) in msn, march last year.
when i learning about some culture and some politic about this organization, more or less i know some about how things happen and going on in malaysia sport fields.

there is some course for coaches to attend, depend on requirement and job scoops.

for part time coach: (per month)
    basic allowance: rm 350
after passed sport science level 1: rm 450
after passed sport science level 2: rm 600
after passed sport science level 3: rm 1500:eek:
    ------------------
will attend meetings tomorrow, let see how things go on.

(not sure if this thread was allow here, will constantly updating if allow, thanks):)

That's what I am worried about. There are written and unwritten rules. Be safe.

I was misled by the word "spy". I thought the thread was going to be an exposure of corruption in MAS sports. The title should definitely be modified.

    traditionally
all equipment(birdie or football and so on) was provide(brought) by msn to state msn then distribute to coaches.

but there is some sport association blame the quality of the equipment given is too poor that it has affected the quality of those grassroot player(all of us was laughing hard after we heard this)
so they request to takeover the power and budget to buy the equipment they want.
NSC forced to accept the request since the association have bigger power.
but since then, those coaches in state never receive any of those equipment;)

next time,i will talk about how association election flows:)

Yes....in limsy we must trust.......so my advice limsy:

....if you can't stand then you sit...if you can't turn right then left you go and if you can't smash your opponent then just smash your partner......may bilbo baggins and gandalf force be with you....( i also don't know what the the hell I'm talking about:confused:).
