Fat will be a bad impact on performance

    Fat body will be a bad impact on badminton performance. Badminton player should need to maintian fat level. Do regular work out for 30 mints, it is enough time to burn large amount of calories. Use fresh fruits, raw & boiled vegetables, nuts, meal. Drink juice mostly because it help to maintain energy level at a certain points.
