I usually lose focus when I'm playing games, and it's hard to regain my focus, lol xD
Any advices on how to stay focused? :D
    Thanks!

oddly enough, one of my friends, a top basketball and cricket player, said that if you have good fitness, you can concentrate longer. just try not to let the crowd distract you. the only thing you should be seeing during a match is the opponent, the shuttle, and the court. nothing else.

hmm i have the same problem but playing against a higher quality opponent.. definitely keeps you on your toes, obviously if you want to win.

maybe try and make yourself more intrinsically motivated??
like trying to beat everyone to nil, get a treat if you do a certain thing...

being motivated is crucial to being focussed.
    set some goals

set a game plan based to suit your opponent. and stick with it. if it works, don't change it!
