Foot injurie

    I had a trauma near the sesamoid bone in my right feet and I want to know how much time I need to rest. Do you guys know? And what can I do to avoid hapenning again. My feet is pretty arched.

    I think when it comes to injuries you should seek an expert opinion i.e. from a specialist. Might cost you a bit but it's all worth it when you have a better understanding of your situation.

    Dear you have to avoid foot injury as you can. Because as you it is the most important part of our body. And also used to play games. When it happen you need to take bed rest till for fully recovery. Also go to expert and take complete check up with perfect medicine.
