Forward or deep defence ??

    what is your favorite?

    Not sure againts which players should we use deep or forward, any hint?

    Dont reali ave favourite but depends on situation if I have deep of forward defence.

    If player is quite weak, I wud stand forward a bit for their smash.

    I wud stand slightly deeper if person has very strong smash or very deep if I hit a half court clear!! cause it wil give u more time to retrieve it and If they hit at u, once again more time!! Jus ave to beware of sudden tight drop shot.
