Free Badminton Techniques Sampler

    As a treat to all you great BadmintonCentral users, I've uploaded the badminton techniques sampler--an excerpt from the book "Advanced Badminton Techniques"--here on the site.

    This sampler covers attacking at the net/deception: you learn to do the net counter-drop/net crosscourt/net lift to the back, all using the same movement to keep your opponent guessing.

    This sampler also gives you a good English explanation of some of the great Chinese videos demonstrating these same techniques I saw linked here at BadmintonCentral (sorry if I can't remember the name of the Chinese player/instructor demonstrating). If anyone can remember who I'm talking about, please post on this thread.

    thanks, im looking forward to testing these techniques at baddy tomorrow.

    id buy the book if there was a cheap and easy way to get it in the u.k.
