I talk to friends, then once I start getting my gear together to step onto the court for warm up, I forget everything and become 1000% focused on what I am doing.

Ive been in a few small tournaments before.

What i do is basically simple, talk to friends, hit the shuttle around for abit of my 'pow' sound to come out before i go into court. I never want to get in before i find my optimum shots. I think it serves as a morale-lowerer for the other side.
