Hello everyone. I'm Steve and I've recently got back to playing badminton after stopping a few years ago. I play twice a week and am looking to improve my game. There's alot of valuable info in this forum and kudos to all the members for their efforts.

Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

    Welcome aboard, Steve! :)

There's usually no one more enthusiastic than the "coming-back-to-badminton" type of guy. Good luck and have a blast!

MChristmas and welcome! Participate and make full use to your heart's content. And remember, warm up and stretch first on your coming back to the courts. :D

Cheers Pakito. Yes, I need to do more warm ups and stretching now. Few years is a lot of difference LOL.
