got a new toy today. a gripmaster, a grip/finger/forearm stregthening tool that have individual spring for each finger. i have used other ones but they only have one big spring and that wasn't as good as some of the fingers can be shadowed by others. i got the low and high tension ones. i have been playing with it today. even the low tension one is pretty hard to do. now my forearm muscles are a bit sore. oh, and i found it in REI, a popular sports store. it was in the wall climbing section. i have tried others ones like the ball and other putty ones, so far i think this one give the most complete strength training.
