    Hi,

Just wondering how important it is to replace the same grommets fitted onto the rackets as the originals? Anyone know where to get a nice set of various sized grommets in the UK?

    cheers!

Maybe there's a minor difference, but I just go for the generic grommets from mybadmintonstore.com

While we are at it which gromments are the right ones for most rackets? Diameter of 2.1mm, 2.6mm or 2.7mm?

I agree. I used to stock HQ (believe same as mybadmintonstore) gromments size A and C, but A is hard to find now. I think J might be the closet one.

Thought so. 2.1mm is for the non-shared holes and 2.7 for the shared ones?

Does one also need both types of U-shaped grommets?

Yes and yes. I believe HQ (and mybadmintonstore) have the U shaped ones, too.
