Heel pain,please need advice!

    So ive went to a doctor and he described my condition as sever's disease and told me to stop sport for around month or two,but i am competitive player and i rly need to train hard to keep my form.Anyone who had the same condition and any advices on how to keep training while healing ?

    Nice X-ray. Shows the problem quite clearly.
    So you are asking for advice? By that you mean advice that lets you play sooner than what your doctor advises?

    Unless you have some magical human superglue, I don't know how you are going to get that apophysis to re-attach any faster. You always have the right to ask for a second local doctor's opinion. But if the advice is the same, then you will have to become imaginative in how to keep your skills while your foot heals. Surely all the pros, with knee injuries, etc, have ways of keeping sharp.

    Thanks for the reply i am seeing another doctor tomorrow hope he would give me some kinda advice on how to heal faster :D
