how can i get power out of my strokes?

    hi der...i am an average player who have been player for about 5years...my height is 165...i hav problems in gettin power in my basic strokes such as lobbing especially my backhand...n i also hav difficulty getting my contact point...how shuld i go about improving tis aspect in my game?pls advice...

    best way is to practice or get a coach

    Totally agree. Correct technique can increase your power by a big margin.
