    How do you practice smashing?

How i practice smash is i get a really good partner that know how to return smashes, he will be my opponent.
he will have to set up smashes(eg. clearing to the back for a open jump smash) and also sometimes the opponent would cross court the return.

also if you use this method with a head heavy racket it really works out your wrist :) It did for me atleast....

    p.s. heres a video example

I practise smashing by smashing :D. I just get a partner to feed lifts to the singles corner to me and I smash them. We repeat this before changing round.
