    My generic towel lasts for around 2-3 weeks per racket

    playing:

    Sun => 2 hours
    Mon => 3 hours
    Wed => 3 hours

    coaching:

    Sat => 2 hours
    Thur => 3 hours

    total of 13 hours per week, so around 39 hours give or take

    About every 1.5 months/6 weeks at approx 4 hours (court time) per week = 24 hours per grip

    Play about 15+ hrs per week. Using Yonex A440, flip once after the 1st side got worn out to save a bit $$$. :D

    Usually need to change for a new one after 2 weeks.

    A suggestion - perhaps a more accurate poll would be to estmate how long a grip lasts in terms of number playing hours....

    For example - one who plays 5 sessions a week is going to wear out his grips a lot faster than one who plays 4 times a month....

    i have a guess.. is it because on the black grips, wear/tear and dirt dont show up as obviously? i see my orange AC102 Yonex Super Grap have thin black layer of dust.. and i want to replace it (about 1 month of playing about 3-5 times/week 1.5-2.5hrs/session). but i used A440 blue and it lasted me about 5 months on and off playing :eek: :D

    Karakal PU Supergrip: Lasts me almost two months, I usually play about 8-12 hours per week.

    But it depends on the person I think-- I have pretty dry hands while playing (no sweat at all!). Someone else i know, the PU grips that I give him last him about 4 weeks and he plays the same amount of time as me, but his hands are sweatier than mine are.
