    shouldn't ...

the answer to this question be ?

Depends on the colour of the grip

For example if the grip is black or dark you are unlikely to see any dirt on the grip so you don't change it for a couoole of months
However if the grip is light in colour (like my new white yonex super grap)
Your likely to change the grip a lot quicker as you can see the dirt on the racket more clearly

Actually a damn cloth works just fine, it was suggested by one of my friend. After playing today, i cleaned the grips with a damp cloth and the stinking smell was gone. :)

IT ALSO DEPENDS HOW YOU USE AND TAKE CARE OF THE GRIP.AND EVEN HOW MANY DAYS YOU PLAY IN A WEEK OR IN A MONTH.EACH PLAYER HAVE THEIR OWN REASON TO CHANGE THEIR GRIP.....

    grip

I play for about 5-6 weeks with my Victor Frottee Grip (white). And that is about 9 hours a week. I change it when the grip gets all black and a bit wet. It plays great. nice and soft :D

About 5 weeks with Karakal PU Duo, 4-6 hours of play a week.

New grips from Racket Expert are showing less wear and tear, and less loss of tack so far. So I estimate over 2 months for these ones :)

it depends on usage. If you play like 3-4 times, then about 2 months. Else, longer. However, if you expose it to sunlight, it may be shorter. ;)

Due to playing 4 or 5 sessions per week, I change it very second or third week. I like it very tacky.

I'd say that my grips last me about a month. But that is only because I rotate between a few rackets.
