how often do you need to change grommets ?

    hi my brave sword 10 has been restrung twice and grommets have already been turned and they are cracking on the inside edge of the racket already. is this normal? ?
    how often would you need to change them ?

    Yes, if you're using thin strings at high tensions, eg. BG66UM @ 28 lbs.

    i think the strings i have been using is quite thick
    vs850 from new
    vs880ti 2nd time
    adipower pro 3rd time... does it seem right?

    27lbs on one piece strining.. done by a stringer... possibly bad quality grommets on victors behalf ?

    Yah, possibly. But shared grommets are notably bad, because they're exposed to higher tension.
