I think about it while lying on the bed. That's why it often takes me a while before I can fall asleep.

I want to notice that at sleep, the brain actively memorises stuff of the day, even if you played at 10 am in the morning.

If you play three times a week, you actually have to think about badminton three times after the play (at sleep), usually three times before the play (to prep talk yourself, for example), and than on court, too. I would count nine times a week, if you're active.

The Poll Results after our first 673 votes

    .
It's not a surprise for us here at BadmintonCentral. :):):)

After getting our first 673 votes, we have:

Only when I am at the Badminton court playing .. 11 ....... Rank 7
    Once a day ................................................... 54 ...... Rank 5
    Twice a day ................................................... 46 ...... Rank 6
    3 to 4 times a day .......................................... 94 ...... Rank 4
    5 to 10 times a day ........................................ 159 .... Rank 2
Every hour of the day ..................................... 194..... Rank 1
Every minute of the day .................................. 115 .... Rank 3

'Every hour of the day' still ranks No.1 from our BCers' votes. This is not a surprise, since we are voting at a Badminton Forum. :):):)

5-10 times a day, but it can vary, some days I'm thinking about it all the time, other days I like to shut off from badminton.

    Kindest regards,

I suppose it depends on your work and lifestyle, my job is a badminton coach, mentor and player so that plays a huge part of why I think of it. However as with all things, personal commitments mean you do want to do everything in moderation and when I go on holiday, I try to switch off completely from any badminton related activity.

I went CentreParcs a few weeks ago and they have badminton courts there but I just smiled and wasn't inclined to play (even though I saw some shoddy play and footwork from the players... haha, I cannot turn the coach head off sometimes.) I just enjoyed spending time with my wife and 7 month old daughter :)

    Kindest regards,

    -Ajay-

I think of badminton all the time. It interfers quite badly with all the other parts of my life, but I don´t want to change it:D
