Injured toes, Advice?

    SAM_2996.jpg this happened to me about 3 days ago, it was the first time i played in a while, but my my toes are actually bleeding through my socks :confused: advice please?

    shoes too tight crosswise. Loosen laces at toe. Or look for different shoe.
    But make sure foot not sliding front-back.

    Use thick bandaid for now. Good luck.
